Mind you, my condo was in the mountains and it was during winte .not an ideal time to sell. But, Nan did it! There was never a time where I texted her and she didn't respond. Communication is very important to me and she killed it. (I am not an easy client - I had a lot of questions.) Further, she and her team helped me move stuff out of my condo in time for the new owners to take possession. She also accompanied me to my signing at the title company. Never had that before! Bottom line, I couldn't be happier with her service. I was Extremely lucky to have been referred to her and will definitely use her again when I am ready to buy another property.
